I did bio mid August so I thought it would be done faster because not many could provide bio at the time. Security will not start until eligibility is passed by an officer though.
Again same. I also gave my biometrics end of August and since then no updates.

Same...just called ircc today. Aor July 10th, cec inland, eligibility/security not started, criminality is in progress, my biometric is exempt but still hasn't shown completed yet. CPC-Ottawa, seems like this office is super slow lol

Yeah, sorry to say you're stuck in a slow queue. If eligibility is not started you're in for a loong wait. My queue isn't much better. Some people from late July already got approved.

Well, I guess it's just a game of luck. I have a friend who submitted the application on Sep last year and got approved within 60 days. Anyway, it is what it is, can't do much about it but wait.

Thanks alot for replying. I've review required in notes for stat questions as I've previous visitor refusals. Are they going to start eligibility only after this is completed ?
The RR is a part of eligibility. When the officer makes a final determination on eligibility, they will look into this.

does anyone know if being inland is being processed ahead of outland? i am outland CEC but I got my biometrics done in Ireland in the brief window that they were open in September so I would say I had my biometrics before a lot of people in Canada have been given appointments or marked as exempt. I am wondering does that mean that they would have processed my application ahead of the inlanders who didn't have complete profiles yet or are they prioritising people inland first no matter what? My background check is in progress and it says they don't need any more documents or anything. My AOR is 14th July.
(I know I am being impatient I am just trying to figure out where the application is because everything seems to have gone by normal timelines so far! and because it's so expensive to call IRCC from here lol)

It’s pretty random. I did bio in August but my criminality has not started yet.
there are many free apps you can use to make a call.

Which number you are using to call IRCC, I am also outlander but not able to make calls, even not able to install TextNow as it is not available in my region.
