When was the medical pass date?
You must have noticed your ecas change to DM for principal applicant. When?
Mine is there too... I'm May 9 applicant
At least your file update shows that they are back to work after several months!
No I don't think that PGP files are on priority. There priorities are " spouse, work permit etc"

2020.06.20 invitation to pre-arrival service letter
2020.08.13 bulletin 2: prearrival letter
