Biometric got refunded

My Biometric fee got refunded back to my account November 4 but I haven't received COPR as yet. So I'm assuming that my application will be approved soon.

Got my Biometric updated October 17, so would say 20 days

I think it also depends on your AOR. My bio updated 15 Oct but AOR in June so I still havent heard from them
