After college approval and it's in the DLs list?

Hi guys, please your advice; what suppose to do send a web form to IRCC? or what

My visa timeline( Based-paper) at vfs Iraq :

-Feb27-2020 ( Submitted completed application with my passport) + Biometric.
-July-12-2020 ( got a medical request via email ). this happened after I sent a webform to the IRCC Jordan office.
-Agust-24-202 ( Passed medical exam).
-October-21-2020 ( Got BVL through my account after linked my application ) happened after I sent a webform to IRCC.
- 3 November, my college is approved, and it's on the DLs list.

Till when I will wait and send another web form, I have deferral my course 4 times. I can't be patient anymore.

you can try to send a webform again . Good luck !
