Whether people with valid work permit and visa are allowed to travel to Canada

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to go to India for vacation, presently I am in Montreal and have a valid work permit and visa. So if I travel to India and return back to Canada in last week of December, whether I will be allowed to enter in Canada as Temporary workers

Keep in mind mandatory 14 days quarantine on return should you decide to go and is not just about entering Canada as you also need to convince the airline checkin on the return

Also keep in mind the pandemic can result in travel restrictions being changed at any time and countries even closing down air travel.
