my agent told that college has suspended the program, what can i do now ?

It will most likely be deferred to January or next Fall. If it's January, you are fine, just confirm your enrollment for January, but if its suspended till Fall 2021, you'll have to inform IRCC for the change.

Yes. New eligibility will kick in since the program and DLI has been changed. They will re-assess your profile.

I already applied for the visa on 27th nov 2020, my Biometrics is already submitted on 11th Nov, i am waiting for visa decision. Is program suspended is affect on visa application decision ?
