Nop and even it seems will not be soon unfortunately. I don’t know how IRCC central offices are processing new immigration applications and the local IRCC offices are not processing our applications.
Service Ontario centres have been providing in-person services for a while now and thank God no reports about any COVD cases reported.
Why IRCC do not set protective measures to conduct in person interviews!

Finished Oath, officer told, lable the signed oath forms like "Oath-Filenumber-Name-intial". What is a meaning of lable the file? That mean name of file?

When you email them back the signed oath form name it(scanned signed form) in the "Oath-Filenumber-Name-intial" format.

I am still awaiting for my citizenship certificate, however, my oath ceremony was on Sep 29, 2020.

I contacted CIC and they told me that they have printed my certificate on Oct 8, 2020. Last week CIC told me to wait extra 2 weeks as there were some delays with mailing. Therefore, I have to wait additional two weeks...

Is there anybody who has the same issue?

I have sent message to our Prime Minister Mr. Trudeau asking to look into the status of the citizenship applicants and to help in finding a solution to our long wait. Below is their reply :

“On behalf of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, I would like to acknowledge receipt of your correspondence.

Please be assured that your comments have been carefully reviewed. In your correspondence, you raise an issue that falls within the portfolio of the Honourable Marco Mendicino, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship. I have therefore taken the liberty of forwarding your email to Minister Mendicino for information and consideration.

Thank you for taking the time to write.”

Can you please share your ecas status, is it showing decision made or completed and when did it got changed?

It shows "complete". I believe it was changed on October 5, 2020.

Here is my ECAS:

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on August 28, 2019.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on November 23, 2019.
We started processing your application on January 14, 2020.
We sent you a notice on February 19, 2020 to appear and write the citizenship test on March 12, 2020 at 4:00 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
You became a Canadian citizen on September 29, 2020.

So it has been already more than a month since my oath. Without citizenship certificate I cannot apply for a passport and I also cannot travel (due to COVID-19 it is actually does not matter as everything is closed) as I have cut my PR card.

So yesterday, I have finally received my certificate. I also received another letter from CIC, addressed to my address but with respect to another person who does not live there. I suspect CIC mailed me another citizenship certificate of another person by mistakenly sending it to me (I have not opened the envelope). I will return it today to post mail, so maybe the lost certificate finally find its owner

It is "normal" since there are no tests anymore.
