1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 8, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 15, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on May 14, 2019.
4. Medical results have been received.
5. We sent you correspondence on September 12, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
6. We sent you medical instructions on September 12, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
7. We sent you correspondence on November 19, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
8. We sent you correspondence on October 28, 2020 about the decision on your application.
9. You entered Canada at the Etobicoke IRCC office on October 30, 2020 and became a Permanent Resident.

Did you contact them? Usually, that has sth to do with your background check. Again, this is my assumption. I suggest that you should contact them and ask them if they need anything from your end to make your application process faster.

I am not a Ph.D. holder. I wish!

If they ask you for the resume, just make sure everything matches the forms you submitted. I don't remember exactly which form. but everything in your resume should match that form or they will send you another message to change the form which would delay your file! It happened to my friend!

I have received Pre Arrival letter yesterday, Im Dec 2018 applicant and I had to re do my medical on Sep 2020 and passed medical on Oct 2020.

Anybody had the same letter ? Does this mean anything ?
