Congrats for your approval! I am also in the process of applying for a study permit for me and combine it with an Open work permit for my husband and a study permit for my 13yr old son. I will look for a school for him only after our visa is approved. But IRCC requires me to upload a letter of acceptance for my son, which I do not have at this stage. Could you please advise how did you manage to get a study permit for your 6 yr old son?
Thank you.
Asked the same question about LOA for my son.
You don't have to upload LOA for your son's application.

So did you select the option 'Visit - All other types' for your son in online application form? With this selection, the option of LOA does not appear in support documents

You might be asked later to upgrade from TRV to SP for your son. I was told that my 6 years old son needs SP when I applied.
Hi, first of all congratulations. Could you please tell me if your son is already six years old or he is about to be six.
I also applied with my kids and my elder one will turn 6 in may 2021. When I got my AIP in September , I was told that I will have to apply for SP for my son as well when second stage approval starts.
I did not hear anything after that, my DLI is on the list. I raised a webform last week but haven't received any reply. Just wondering if SP is required if kid is already 6 or about to be 6

ok. Then when you applied for SP for your son, one of the support document needed in online form is LOA. Were you able to submit application without uploading that document?

Hi, thank you. My son will be six next month. He already started his first grade in israel. When I asked IRCC about my son, I mentioned that he is about to attend first grade this year.
We both received AIP on August.

Yes, I think you don't have to upload LOA for a child to submit the application.
If no, you can upload letter with the name of the school he is about to start. Also you have to calculate his school tuition and show this money in your proof of funds.

Hi, I have another question: The form for family information (IMM5645) is required to be uploaded for my application as well as for my spouse. Should I upload the same file at both places?
