I sent my application for a visa agent, she said put the tuition for the whole program... People in my country also put it that way: for eg 32k for 2 years in the form, then receipt tuition is 16k and they are okay...
Stamp on your passport. Citizens of certain countries get eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) and counterfoil would be "No".
Hey man, I would advise you to upload the minimum expense form which is present on https://www.mun.ca/sgs/MinimumExpense.pdf
By the way in addition to some 12k CAD amount you mentioned for 2 years (semester fee for 6 months) there is special fees that MBA folks need to pay, which is around 20k CAD. So your overall tuition fee is somewhere around 32k.

Hello there, thank you for replying. I took traditional MBA which doesn't include the extra fee that MBA SSE 1 year program students need to pay. So my tuition is only 12,8 for 2 years. Yeah, I uploaded the minimum expense through webform and also request a confirmation letter from MUN too.

Speaking honestly, 13,000 is not a lot of money if you consider other programs. Even some 1 year certificates are more expensive than your total program cost which is why I am saying to pay the total amount upfront. How much did you show if your financial information? The VO is suspicious that you don't have enough money
