Authorization letter for temporary resident

Anyone receive the authorization letter from ircc for the temporary resident? I applied on 19 Oct but did not receive a response.

I applied for my spouse authorization letter 10days ago on 18th oct
No reply yet
He already has visitor visa
Approving or rejecting either ways how may days they are taking to reply???
Also did you guys apply through webform or via email ?

They will reply within 14 business days. I applied via email 13 business days ago, no reply yet.

My spouse applied OWP on July 2020. Also no reply yet.

No. I hope I can get a reply today. The only thing we can do is waiting.

Would say 14 days maybe their target but I assume there is a good chance it will be longer.

I sent it again today using another email and receive the auto-reply. I see the requirement for applying authorization letter: 2. You hold a valid visitor visa, or applied for one before April 9, 2020 and the application is still in progress; but I submitted on July 2020. Does it means I can not apply the letter?

So I got reply today for travel authorization letter that I applied for my husband
He already has visitor visa
I am on pgwp and my pr application is in process

They rejected it saying reason is non discretionary
