Hi. I am here again to get your valuable suggestions on some points.

As per my GCMS Notes, dated July 22, 2020 ..........
Eligibility+Criminality+Medicals - all are passed.
Info-Sharing + RPRF -
Complete
Required Funds - Met
Primary Applicant English IELTS - Met Threshold and Verified
Security - Not Started
File Lock-In-Date - Oct. 16, 2020

Recommendations - Ready to Finalize

Now let me know that...
1. My Medical was got expired on 15 Sep. 2020 and the status bar changed to " You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes." Should I go for a fresh medical exam and upload the same?

2. My IELTS got expired on 02 Dec. 2019 (after eAPR/lock-in-date Oct. 16, 2019) Should I go for an IELTS Exam again and upload the same?

3. My Funds are in the shape of FD for approx. $CAD 17800 which was gifted by my father via Gift-deed and the FD was matured on May 16, 2020, and was renewed for six months i.e. Nov. 16, 2020, and obviously, I will renew the same after the maturity period. Now again in this financial year, my father/mother has gifted a sum of $CAD 18000 via gift-deed and this sum was converted into FD. Now, should I merge both FDs into one FD? Is it mandatory to upload the change in the POF amount?

4. My last GCMS Notes were received by me on 22-23 July 2020. Will it be good/ok to apply for GCMS Notes a second time?

If your security is not started then you should see of your eligibility is passed or not. The eligibility takes place in two stages. First an analyst or an assistant will review and make a recommendation. This can be recommended passed / Met / etc. This recommendation is then reviewed by an officer who makes a final determination. The terminology used such as met / recommended passed / passed an no relevance.

Instead see your assessment on page 2 of the GCMS notes and see the corresponding notes in the last 2-5 pages. See my previous post on this at #2,521

Only after the eligibility is passed, the security will start. To read on security and the security craning manual, see https://bit.ly/37LbtxS

If your medicals are about to expire, IRCC will send them for reassessment to the Regional Medical Officer (RMO) who will make a determination on whether to extend them to ask for remeds. You do not need to get re-meds done until asked.

Your IELTS only has to be valid on the date when you submit your application. If it expires after your have submitted your e-APR, you need not worry.

No, If IRCC asks a revised PoF you can send it and you do not have to merge the FDs. You only have to meet the minimum PoF requirement. You can do so by showing different accounts or FDs
