I have submitted my application which is in the SDS route in Mar. 2020. I received AIP in Aug. and my medical and fingerprint status was a pass. I am still waiting for my study permit. Does anyone want to share their situation? We can try to find some similarities in our applications. So, may we will know what is going on.

No update to date..
It seems that most of the AIP receivers are waiting. Do you know anyone receives their permit after an Aug. or Sept. AIP?

SDS case no update till now, I lodged complete file.
This is almost identical to mine. For me, Mar. 4th submission, Jun. medical pass, Aug. AIP. If one of us get one, another may get soon.

As far as I know, all SDS submissions are dealt with together instead of being handled in the office at your location.
some Chinese students have received their OPR from Beijing office. they received their AIPs between 27th August and 29th August. so I think probably the OPR is delivered from different IRCC office?
Have you checked your aip address from where it was processed? Like mine was from Edmonton office and some students were saying that further processing would be done in Ottawa office, if it was done in Edmonton. So it depends in which office our files are waiting for next processing. So even now, I am worried because it’s been more than 8 months now I have been filed my case. Winter intake is also approaching and till now no news.

hi i am on the same boat.
applied in march 17th non sds, complete application, submitted my passport along with the application as well via vfs global from bangladesh. (applications from bangladesh gets redirected to Singapore IRCC)
medical passed: may 17th
biometrics correspondence letter: may 17th
AIP: August 24th
applied for gcms notes on October 1st, still waiting to hear back from them.
my university is on the approved DLI list.
