I couldn't pick it but I got a call from private number today.
The voice message says he calls me back tomorrow but I don't think I can't pick the call (I barely have service at my work)
So frustrating...

I asked them that i have my spouse as dependent and they booked her appointment as well.

I luckily could pick the call! I had to talk to the agent in front of my boss but who care
I was told my first choice was fully booked up till end of November.
He suggested me a different location and I took it. November 10th. Oh Toronto...
