Congratulations!!

Since you will be travelling to enter Canada to be come a PR, you do not fall under any specific exemption.

See the detailed list at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...19/travel-restrictions-exemptions.html#exempt

To be eligible, you must meet one of the following requirements:

However, you can write to your employer and get authorisation from the Provincial Health Services.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

That's correct. IRCC has started rolling out ppr's in bulk to outlanders. Medical extension is at the discretion of the Medical officer so they might extend or ask for Re meds.
Thanks very much! That's heartening to hear. Though I presume the entry ban is still in place unless someone fits into the exempt categories.

hi, have you submitted your passport to VFS?

Hi @legalfalcon , I just got my PPR mail ( AOR 9th Nov, Ontario PNP) . I am a resident of Ireland & applied from ireland. But last week I moved to India & plan to stay till January next year. So my mailing address has changed from ireland to India. In the ready for visa mail, they've asked me to send my passport to London via VAC nearby & notify them of any change in mailing address. I have notified them , but the only VAC open in India is New Delhi which accepts passports only via courier now due to covid. Should I just mail this VAC office with the Ready for Visa letter & passport or should I wait for the London Visa office to reply back? Please advice.
Thanks in advance.

As per the most recent instructions from IRCC, you have to wait for the courier instructions.

To all those whose medicals were extended - need some help.

can someone advise how did you come to know that the medicals were extended? in my profile, I only see when the medicals were passed and it will complete 1 year next month, so trying to understand what possibly can happen?
Also, is it advisable/ good idea to reach out to IRCC and ask if medicals should be redone?

TIA.
