Does this mean we can learn online within Canada ?

But IRCC has allowed online learning only up to April 30th.

If we are doing online within Canada, can it exceed 50% ?

It seems Delhi-HC had finished their backlogs I suppose, maybe that's why they have had started to send BVL's and PPR's . They mostly only deal with the non-SDS files and send SDS files to sister offices.

Seems like the entire province of Quebec wont be on the list. I was going to take my vacation next month.
