Canadian work experience issue in IRCC website - Accept or decline

Hi All,
I have created an Express Entry profile on Sep 27th, 2020 with all correct details(age, education, job start date), and the CRS score was 455; however, on Oct 1st, I have awarded few more points for two years before I even completed it. As a result, I got ITA on Oct 14th(yesterday).

2 years completion date: Nov 11th, 2020

I read on some websites and forums about the problem, many people said it's a technical issue in the IRCC website, and if we accept the ITA before two years of completion IRCC might deny the application. So, I am getting confused and I would like to do it in the proper way without discrepancies in the future. So anyone please advise me whether I have to accept or decline the ITA and wait until Nov 11th draw(speculating date)?

Question 1:: Shall I proceed my PCC and medical with the current ITA? Or I have to proceed with the one which I will use for submission??

Question 2::: My biggest worry is I will loose 5 marks on Nov 7th because of my birthday. Are you sure I have to decline?? Some people are telling accept it but submit the documents after Nov 11th.. plz confirm

No need to decline. Wait for 2 years to be completed and then submit application.

Not true. You must have completed two years as of the date of the ITA.

If you apply for PR without meeting the requirements as of the date of the ITA, you leave yourself open to refusal and a ban for misrepresentation.
