I feel you. My EE tab shows entire progress bar as complete but biometrics pending. Hope it happens soon. Do keep us posted when you get contacted by SC.
That ee tab is not accurate as they only run through time frame
If you want to find out your status you should call ircc
IRCC called me this morning to ask if I was in Canada and a moment after my application was approved. Please see my signature for details. Thanks, everyone

Whats your aor and have you give your biometric or you were exempted?
AOR: April 17, 2020. Please see my signature for all the details. I gave biometrics in Jan 2020 to support my visa application and hence was exempted this time. The biometrics were updated/completed on Oct 7, 2020
How long is the wait to get COPR after biometrics is completed for inland applicants?
No not yet.Pissed off looking at the phone whole day ,checking so many times if my cellphone is work fine with proper network.
It is totally depend on your file and the officer who is looking into your file
Sometimes less than a week or maybe month
