Hello we are applying for PR under common law, having lived over a year together in Canada .
We will also apply at same time for OWP
Do we have to include IMM5409?
Statutory declaration of common law for the OWP along with the PR Common law application? Thanks

I didn’t submit one because at the time it was in the middle of stage 1 and notaries in my city were not open.

Others might say differently, but I think it’s only needed if you have a co-signer.
