Dates to be filled on Physical presence calculator

Hello All,

Should i fill physical presence with exact dates?
Example i have travelled back home country couple times and i have dates on my passport stamped with arrival and departure of my home country. I did not save exact date when I left or arrived Canada. So question here is should i fill exact dates when i left/arrived Canada or just calculate one day +/- based on home country stamping dates?
