You have to give applicant's info. But after u fill all the details, they also who is asking all these questions like the applicant or sponsor or the representative. There u put ur name. Make sure to give ur email address if u want them to reply to u. Nowadays, they r responding after 10 days. So wait for a few more days
No problem. Even I have raised a webform on Monday but no response yet. Canada ircc replies but don't know abt ndvo. Anyways do u know if ndvo replies to webform and emails?? I've sent them nearly 20 days ago and no response from them yet.
NDVO if they care to reply , their minimum time is 30 days as you can even read in some of their letters

yes MP , member of parliament where spouse lives have all information your spouse can call and they give all relevant info
online tool says Application recieved. Does that mean NDVO recieved my application after being forwarded ?
they wont reply to web form queries if File is still under 12 month processing time.
Also as I posted already ; GC keys online service will be unavailable from 11:30 p.m. Monday, October 5 2020 to 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 6 2020 Eastern time .
In the past we found many updates were done during this system MTC.
