Thank you but just wondering, if I go for upfront medical and in between, I get my medical request than will be there any problem. if yes, then is there any solution?
Should I ask for permission from agent too. Because every I ask them for upfront medical, they always say wait for medical request so please I m middle of nowhere

If you feel like doing, just go ahead. Don't ask for the agent's approval. They will never tell you to go ahead with it. As per my observation, on this forum and discussions with others, upfront medical helps things speed up in most cases.

So when it comes to submit the upfront medical, I can do it myself or should I let agent to deal with it. Thank you so much for replying to each and every thread. I am just bit confused because my file was submitted in July 2019 but never got any reply after rcmp.

You can do it yourself. As I told you earlier you have to submit through webform the sheet which doctor will give you. It will take few weeks or maybe month to pass medical. When you submit webform you will get response in 3-5 business day that your request have been sent to appropriate office or officer. There is no need to be panic. It doesn't make any sense. They should have asked for PNP letter or letter of acknowledgement as ADR before refusal. Did he wrote any letter of explanation for why exactly he needs BOWP.

He just upload the document which asked during online application as usual like passport , photo , application and old wp
