Eligibility pass for AOR June And July

I saw an update for May 27, 2020 and first week of June in a thread that stated eligibility had been passed. Might need to create a Google docs, so can know the right time to order GCMS notes.
AOR: July 09.
I called IRCC yesterday and there was no news about eligibility. Maybe we should wait for one more month.

Someone received COPR from an AOR from July 10, 2020. I assume the applicant is likely in the medical field.

Applicant with AOR July 29, 2020 received PR from the Montreal Visa office CEC.

I got a reply from webform（on Oct 16） "The eligibility verifications have not been initiated.

How long did it take for you to get a response?
June 13 AOR here, eligibility (recommended) passed Oct 1.
Passing eligibility is the most important stage, I can wait for Biometrics. I called two weeks ago and they told me my eligibility has not been initiated yet. Will call again first week of November.
