My spouse also received a medical request.

Application Received - Dec 30th, 2019
AOR - Jan 17th, 2020
SA - Jan 30th, 2020
Biometric request - Jan 31st, 2020
File transfer to AVO - Feb 4th, 2020
AVO started processing - Mar 3, 2020
Medical request - Sept 20, 2020

In most cases it takes approximately 4 weeks from the time you submit your passport to vfs Lagos. In my husband’s case it took 3 weeks in total. He submitted it on Jan 23rd. 9 business days later (Feb 5) there was a decision made and GCKey was updated to read that his file had been approved with counterfoil. 5 business days later (Feb 12) passport was ready for pickup.
Accra placed the counterfoil in the passport, not Lagos, because the large envelope, which contained his passport, COPR and pictures, was stamped with the Accra VO address and returned to Lagos.

Hey sis, everything is going to be alright and stay cool, i totally understand how you feel, my application is 2019 February and have done every thing im suppose to do and no word from them since August 2019, and i see ppl who are September 2019 that have gotten their PPR on this forum. It's so frustrating, But stay strong. We will overcome

I got the same Feb timeline....did my medical in Nov 2019 & nothing since...
But I just gotta remain positive

Yes my baby had to do a medical. Mostly a physical exam, checking weight, height etc. No blood tests Or xrays were done
