You ordered the notes directly from the link on the IRC page or u used one of the other websites?. I said I would order it this week just needed to get the application printed signed and scanned because they said they wont accept virtual signatures.(direct site)

I used an external site and did a virtual signature because I don't have a printer

I guess in your case deferring would be best but if the next semester is 150 days or more you need to inform ircc if it's not you don't need to tell them
