January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

No call no letter. Called ircc few days ago I was just told to wait as I'm still in normal processing time. Ugh

It looks like Winnipeg Local Visa Office is very slow if compared to Toronto Etobicoke which issues CoPR usually 2-4 days after a DM.
I called IRCC on the same day I got a DM (September 04th) and the agent was super polite, helpful and told me that my application was approved. When I called back on Monday, September 14th, to know if my file was already with the Landing Office, the agent was somewhat “conservative” to give me more information. She just said that my application “was not complete yet” and that I should just be patient and wait.
I know that our anxiety is at a high level now, but let’s keep fingers crossed that our CoPR will be sent tomorrow or Friday. All the very best, buddy.

We're in the same boat yayyy...The agent told me that my application was approved still in Sydney office and due to covid 19 it would take longer than usual. Even my cat would talk the same. At least I've come to know that I'm not the only one left behind. Thanks. We'll get it this week hopefully..!

Yes, we’re in the same boat, Buddy. Don’t worry. I saw on this forum that someone who got a DM on September 02nd received the CoPR yesterday, but we know that IRCC doesn’t follow a chronological order. And yes, the IRCC agents are not really helpful most of the time, and, of course our application is not yet complete, it will only be completed after the virtual landing. She basically told me what I can see on my GCKey account and hear on the automated message. LOL. Let’s keep in touch. We’ll get it soon. Amen.

-employment letter
-IMM5562 and IMM 5645
-submissions: original and last, date and place of entry of Canada
I submitted the documents to Cic. After that nothing happened. I also called cic today and they told me It’s still under background check and they don’t know how long will it be.
