Guys, I also need some advice.
I lately realize there might be evident inconsistencies in my personal address history submitted in my application, because of some phases in the last 10 years I could not remember. Could this lead to some serious problem in my application review or background check?

This is at the discretion of the officer handling your application. He can extend your medicals or ask for a re-med.

If there are gaps, then IRCC may ask you to send another schedule A. But this will not result in any processing issues.

Hello. If you’re applying under the Express Entry Program, you have the option of getting an exam before you apply. This is called an upfront medical exam.
