Pr is valid till 2021, and province ontarion i am here residing in Missauga

So you can renew it based on proof of residency. Documents are listed on the OHIP ebaite.

Oh, my health card has expired last month and hadn't noticed that, so i paid my previous week hospital bill and my health card is up for renewal

You would have received a renewal notice in the mail before the expiration of the card
That would of giving you a heads up to renew the card prior to expiration
