hi bro.. I have updated mine through webform today...but i did not mention any reason for defferement.. jus include updated LOA and sent.. should we include the reason or this one is fine

I heard a few people saying that it’s a must? To give explanation to why you deferred. As it seems like sending them only a new LOA may lead to refusal.

In the webinar the IRCC agent didt mention we need to provide reasons for deferal. However she mentioned we need to submit the deferred loa ASAP . If not there might be issues later
