My medical got passed today however eligibility isn't started yet. What does it mean?
Applied 29th July SDS
Biometrics 6th August

Any idea when eligibility will be started?

. It won't connect everytime because of high traffic they're receiving these days but still it'll work like 5 times out of 10.
Their call center starts from 9 AM EST (Monday - Friday).

If they pick up... should I just tell them... my classes will start on 9 September and I applied on 21 July and gave biometrics already and they will tell me where the application and maybe a response on when will I get a final answer??

You can ask it directly and tell them your classes start on sep 9 in the webform, the call center agents just give you information, rather tell that info and ask them to expedite in webform

Today my eligibility started i-e 8th Sep 2020.
When to expect a decision??
