I have some questions on statuses.
When the status of "Review of eligibility" is usually changed? When the decision is made?
If the status of "Review of eligibility" changes somewhere in the middle of the processing, does IRCC send a letter to the applicant about that?
I am trying to figure out what is AOR that is required for applying for BOWP. Is this just a confirmation letter we got in the beginning of the processing?
BOWP requires applicant to be "approved in principle".

This morning I got medical requests for my family (but not for me). My family passed medical examination just once. It was in Moscow 2.5 years ago, and it was for WP/SP applications. Since then IRCC has extend their medical examinations (according to GCMS). As of me, I passed the exam in May, 2019. It was for my PR application.
AR- August 2018
AOR- October 2018
File transferred to Etobicoke LVO- December 2018
Did biometrics and pcc upfront
Upfront medical- July 2019
DM- 26 August,2020

- Today Got an update saying you entered Canada at Vancouver Immigration Office on August 27,2020 and became a permanent resident.

I applied for bowp Inside canada
I uploaded the letter of explanation, AOR and Pnp nomination
I also uploaded the schedule 1 IMM 5257b Temporary visa made outside canada in optional documents
But my friend is saying we don’t need to provide this document.
is there gonna be any negative consequences on my application due to this regarding the approval of my WP?
