January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

I've written so many complaints directly to IRCC and sometimes I was begging them but they just ignored or replied same answers. I also contacted to MP but it was useless. I tried everything whatever I could. I am not just whining here. I did my best. My first application was cancelled because of signature and including it, I've waited PR for 20 months. I know it is wating game. I know everyone is having hard time. I am just telling how I feel. Thank you.

Sydney is still being lockout right now, only few staff are working at the office.

2 people got COPR at beginning of August ( AR was March 2019 ) but nothing after that ...
