I received my AIP via email. What does it mean?

Hello,
I received my AIP via email (stating I can attend online class).
Does it mean that my visa is 80% confirmed because that's what my agent told me?

I haven't given my biometric yet as IRCC hasn't sent my biometric letter.
Is anyone facing the same issue?
