can someone help in suggesting extension of work permit. PR file under process since March 2019 ISJO PNP ontario. Work permit expiring October ending and timeline says processing time left until 15, October 2020. Few days back it was Sept 15, 2020

Just apply for extends wp. They will give you either one.wp extension or pr.
If your PNP nomination is employer restricted, you might have to apply for a closed WP with the employerhi folks,

I have somewhat same scenario.
WP is expiring in October 2020 ending and my PR completion date is in NOV 2020.
I am restricted to the employer.
Do the employer has to pay the fees for my WP extension or I can do it by myself??? I don’t know that.
OINP- international student stream job offer.
Please respond.

Though this does not talk specifically about PNP applications or Sydney office, but it seems some immigration officials are slowly getting back to work.

Hope it is true !
In context, it would mean the in-person interviews.
But if they could resume in person interviews, why not go back to Sydney office ? Which is apparently less risky.
Anyways, it’s a good news.
