AOR is Acknowledgment of Receipt. You are supposed to get it once you submit your application.

Currently Its taking about 50 days to get Medical check clear. it means if some one submitted his application on 31 july then he should wait until first or second week of September to get first check completed

How did you do upfront medical?

You can get a medical done at any of the IRCC Panel Physicians..https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx
I knew that I would have a short time frame to get my PR application is before my current work permit expired so I did my medical before I got my ITA

But don’t they ask if u got an ITA before doing the medical for u?

Thanks just got it done, it was pretty fast. Got appointment in 2 days, and everything was done in under 1 hour.
For someone who want to get it done in Toronto go to https://www.visadoctor.ca/en/canadian-medical these doctors on Bathurst and St. Clair

No, just tell them it is upfront

That's me AOR on 31st July. It's basically a waiting game now.
