Hello guys i have a question , i have applied for PR through BC PNP programme and i had my received ETA but at the time of application my status was single and just before landing to Canada ,if i get married then will i have to inform IRCC about my changed relationship status before landing and if yes, then how and if i have to apply for spouse sponsorship there then how much time it will take for the process and my spouse to get visa.

You MUST add your wife to your application if you get married before you land or you can never sponsor her. Once married send a webform indicating that you have gotten married and your wife needs to be added to your application. She will have to do her biometric, medical, background checks, etc. and then you will both get COPRs.

If you got married after submitting your PR application but before landing, you may be able to add your spouse directly to your application. Otherwise after you land you can begin the sponsorship process. It can take several months at least.
You can’t sponsor her after landing if he landed as single and got married before landing.
