Hello experts and andy, i am currently working in a company which is under going fraud investigation in uae. Some senior people in finance department including strategic management such as cfo and ceo along with BODs commited fraud and looted the money from 2010 onwards and ran away to their homeland.

I am also in finance department and joined this company only last year 2019 feb. Currently i came to know that investigation team put travel ban on finance people including me, to gather the information as much possible as they can.

So, My aor is 23 jan 2020, and currently file is in LVO.

Should i inform to IRCC, take legal advise from lawyer or raise a webform to address this current scenario?

Please advise me

Hi All,

I applied for eAPR from India (ITA on Nov 27, AOR January 24). My last update in the application processing was way back in February 10, when they updated that I have passed medical.

Even though my biometrics has been done and its showing a biometrics number on the page, it is still showing: We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.
My application status bar is already 100% and now it is showing: Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.
Getting worried. Is anyone else having the same updates? Here is some more details:
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: February 10, 2020 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: Not applicable.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics: We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.
Background check: We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Any guidance on what I can do? anyone else facing the same issue? Thanks.

Yes I have the same message in Biometrics: we have not received your fingerprints. I contacted IRCC regarding this they said you don’t need to do anything and there is nothing to worry about we have your fingerprints its just an error or somthing.
