Anyone able to get through to immigration?

My wife and I are basically done with the process... since February... I haven't really been keeping up with the forums the past few months so I don't really know the scoop about processing. We call the offices once a week, and only get automated messages. Has anyone been able to get through to set up an appointment to do the final interview? That's the last piece of the puzzle for us, which should've been done 5 months ago.

They aren't doing interviews any longer. Due to COVID.

They will call you and do a phone interview or just send you a COPR

I haven’t updated my little description since December, but all my wife and I needed to do was set up an interview or come through the Canadian border and we were done. That was in February. She should be a PR now, but covid ruined everything.
