Guys i want to share my experience with you so hopefully it will be easy for you.

First you need to contact (maybe the nearest) VAC to you to make sure about their instructions. You can use chat service or email.

Then they will email you the detailed instructions about how to submit your passport.

The only confusing thing is (the exact amount of VAC fees and how to pay them)

It's better to make sure about the amount you need to pay for VAC because it could be two different fees 12.6 JD and/ or 4.6 JD Per passport

For Amman VAC (I dont know what about other VAC in Lebanon or Iraq): they have ONLY ONE payment method:
Direct deposit in Cash so you need to attend one of three branches of their bank (standard chartered bank). Or you send someone to pay it for you i think.
No money transfer, cheques or mail are accepted. So be careful.
After paying the exact amount you get a payment notification (receipt) from the bank to send later together with the passports, photos, the passport request letter for each person, VAC consent form filled and signed as mentioned in there instruction email and any other documents that are mentioned in your passport request letter.

Please note that each applicant case can be different than the others. So make sure you read the passport request letter and VAC instructions carefully

I am so confused at this moment i Sent them an email 5 days ago and today they replied this is what they reply and its been almost 3 days i have been in contact with them through the web chat and they told me i can send the passport and everything ,,,,,

Good Afternoon,

Please note that the Migration Section of the Embassy of Canada in Jordan is still providing essential services only. We are not receiving nor sending passports to nor from the Embassy at this time.

We understand that this is a time of heightened anxiety. Please continue to follow local government health measures and instructions.

Please also monitor Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) website for updates to visa and immigration matters and to seek answers to general questions. Given our reduced capacity at this time, we are unable to respond to general inquiries: https://www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html
I think you chatted with VAC and emailed the embassy (two different places)

I have question , for anyone of us how receive ppr or will receive soon , if someone pay the fees from Jordan are they gona give receipt for the person ? The thing that I need to know if they need approve that we pay the fees is it okay to send copy of the receipt or should be original one ? , because the original will be with the person who will give the fees instead of us .

I have another thing to ask about for the ppr letter is it came from the vac of Amman or directly from IRCC , because I've been waiting for more that five months for this paper and nothing until now .

Yes it comes from the embassy and not VAC. The embassy didn't stop working, so you expect an email from them. Check the junk mail as well.

I don't have email or ecas account I always check through my representer or through online process, online process doesn't show any emails we call my lawyer today and he said I didn't receive anything , it's frustrating I've waiting for more than 5 months for nothing .
