Most colleges will want A-levels. You can research the requirements yourself on their websites.

yes but doing alevels and then again doing college would mean that i will be finishing college in 4 years instead of 2

Finishing A levels is considered highschool here. Even if you want to apply for a 1yr diploma instead of a bachelors degree here you still have to have done your A levels
