Do I need to reapply CAQ if planning to defer

Hi all,

I have received the admit for Fall but planing to defer till winter, If i apply for CAQ now, can that work for the deferred admit. Please advise.

Yes. The CAQ is generally valid for the duration of your study program or your level of study up to a maximum of 49 months.

Even I applied to fall and deferred to jan. But now because montreal has been declared a Red Zone, I'm thinking of deferring to september 2021. Not sure whether I'll have to reapply for caq. the dates mentioned on my caq are from 01-11-2020 to 07-01-2023
