I sent a webform to ircc, They responded as
"We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is not available in the system yet. "
I asked my lawyer, He told me to wait.
I don't know what I can do right now.

IRCC Website has updated the processing time. The lastest processing time for work permit has changed from 139days to 89 days.
