Thank you! Today I realized that “rusforum” is actually the name of this forum lol. I created an account this morning and wrote a message about specifics of our case but after I clicked on “post it” this message disappeared. So I was like Okay I’m just gonna be a silent observer lol
I just said hi and provided our timeline. So I don’t know why it disappeared. At least now I’m aware of one more source where I can find information about the Warsaw VO. Thanks again!
Did anyone who got DM contact Warsaw recently? I can’t help but wonder 1) why no one gets PPR and 2) when exactly VACs in Russia reopen?
I would like to ask them these questions but at the same time don’t want to annoy the people who are still deciding my future lol. So maybe someone is eager to send an email and help others to understand what’s going on?

On the sad note, my niece phoned Moscow VAC, as always, someone picks up the phone just to let you know that they are still closed and the lady who answered the phone didn't know when the plan is to reopen....
