We got the same request two weeks ago , fill the form print it then she have to put her hand signature and scan it , this is how we did it anyway.

Yes, as long as you know your application (File) number and UCI.

Any one here in this thread waiting to get the biometric done for more than a month.
Received biometric Letter -June 9th
Already crossed the default 30 days period.

Did anyone heard when passport center will open for bio-metric as now its open only for selected services.

My friend received Biometric letter on 26th April. Still waiting as service Canada is closed.. I spoke to a service Canada guy last week and what I understood based on our conversation is it might take at least another 15 days for service Canada to start processing biometrics.. Again it's my understanding

update: ordered GCMS notes after med pass thinking they’ll take a long time but got them yesterday. Not much work on my file, only CIO doing their initial review and now the file has been transferred to the CPC in Ottawa. Will wait and see

Elegilibity and security not started. Criminality recommended pass.. will request notes late July again (hopefully biometrics will be open then)

IMM5669 is it require for CEC spouse not accompanying ? As per i know its for family sponsorship only. I didn't submit any
