Yes seems like you are the only EE FST in this forum. All the best!

It seems like only me and one more person are the only Inland EE FSW left to get the approval. There were very few Inland EE FSW. Couple of folks got very recently.

Most candidates are either Outland or Inland CEC/PNP.
I am FSW Inland. AOR Jan 21, 2020. VO Ottawa. Application stuck in 'Reviewing Eligibility' since February. I am assuming this is going to take 7-8 months. So, just waiting.

Did you request your GCMS notes to see the reasons for the RR? You are inland and request for free.

But if you are inland and already have another visa stamping in your passport then does the PR card impact anything if you got the COPR?
If thats the case then probably not as you can use the COPR to apply for health card and other benefits. The PR card is mainly used for travel back into Canada I think. But then the COPR will expire after 1 year and after that you will definitely need your PR card as proof of your status.

My application was also under review. I ordered GCMS note and found out that it was proof of funds and job reference letter. I updated them right away and my eligibility passed next month.

What was it about your proof of funds and reference letter? And what did you update them with?

I had invested most of my money in various installment saving accounts meaning those funds were not readily available. I didn't bother on the first place becasue on the website it clearly addressed that proof of funds was exempted for CECs and FSWs who have a valid job offer in Canada. However, one of the forum member actually acknowledged me that the definition of a valid job offer could be very specific and suggested that I should update the proof of funds for the sake of my application. So, I ended up cancelling all the saving accounts and had the money available. Then I translated my banking info of the recent 6 months and updated them via webform.

Also, on the GCMS note, it stated that my job duties were not consistant with the lead statements thereby required a review. So, I also asked for a new reference letter with more specific job duties and uploaded it. I additionally attached a note explaining that the range of my job duties had been expanded due to the pandemic just to make up a reason for updating. Then, on the next GCMS note, I saw all of the assessments including background, eligibility and etc was passed.

CEC inland. Also 19 Dec AOR, so waiting like you. (Also have Criminal, background, eligibility all passed). Been like that since my call with IRCC agent 12 June. So frustrating to have to wait for that final little step to complete taking crazy long.

You are EE FSW With no PNP or CEC right? That’s a great news. Congrats!

Will they not ask you for Additional documents or notify you at least? Seems weird that you have to investigate about a document they want to verify further.
