Hello everyone,

I'm working for a company with a job type NOC B for 3 months now, but I also just got a job offer from another company with same job but with way better benefits, pay wage, working environment and they are more open about immigration paper.
I'm just wondering if I can stop working at my current company and move to another one, is it still counting my 3 months previous experience and I just need 9 months more at the new place to make it 1 year experience? If so what documents I should collect from previous company before I move on? Or I have to start over again if I change to different company?

Thanks guys <3

Yes - your work experience can be split between two different companies. No issues.

Hi Scylla,
Thanks for your reply.
I'm wondering if I still need any documents from previous company like reference letter from the manager and later on do i need to give letter of explaination for this transition?

You'll presumably need to prove your work experience at both companies with letters outlining your job duties, hours worked, etc. You can certainly use the letter of explanation to clarify that you're seeking to combine work experience at two companies.
