They're working on EE probably because the files are online and accessible remotely. They need to find a way to deal with paper application, we can't continue to wait endlessly. By the way, why can't they just make everything online, what's the need for paper application?
EE definitely is prioritized in any ways. Faster processing but stricter than paper based. If they want, they can process the paper based application just as fast as the EE one I believe. I applied via paper based mainly because I don't have one year of working experience after graduation. Also for class A nomination, language test seems is not mandatory.

Buddy I am in the same situation in which you are. Applied through bcpnp and i am an outlander. Application reached on 18th feb but yet have no updates

Hi guys, I posted my timeline on MyImmiTracker as well. They provided a more detailed dash board for all immigration process including Canada and USA.
