Hi guys

I have a question, if the inland spousal sponsorship be denied for any reason... I know that I can't appeal but is it possible re-apply?

it's a deny forever or I can improve my application and re-apply? Since I supposed to leave Canada, the process could be re-applied outland?

Yes, you can re-apply.

Unless you've been denied for misrepresentation, you can re-apply at any time. If you've been denied for misrepresentation, there may be a ban on your future applications.

You can re-start the application process outland if you must leave Canada.

If your initial application is an outland application, you can appeal.

Is your partner a PR?

He must live in Canada if he is applying to sponsor you.

Is your partner a citizen?

He can live anywhere in the world and apply.
