Hello everyone,

I'm a Canadian citizen now and i got a lot of help from various members on this site.

Right now, i'm working actively on bringing:
1) my uncle (and his family) - Not rich and no education.
2) My sister (and her family) - Husband is a Chef
3) My brother (29 years old) - no education and little experience working at H&M

They all live in Lebanon and have the Palestinian refugee status in lebanon.

Obviously, i would need to get creative to find a qualifying program for them to come.

Any suggestions and guidance on the best way forward? I appreciate it and i know these are tough cases because they don't fit easily into EE.

Are you single or are you married / in a common law relationship? Do you have children? Are both of your parents still alive? Depending on the answer, there's a possibility you may be able to sponsor either your brother or sister for PR.

1) I don't see how it will be possible for your uncle to migrate here under any economic program. A work permit is not possible.
2) She should look into the Express Entry economic immigration program. This is a points based program and she and her husband will need to have enough points to be selected. Rigth now you need to have around 470+ points to be chosen. If they don't have points, they can look into the PNP (provincial) programs. Work permit will not be possible.
3) I don't see any options for your brother to migrate here until he completes significant further education and gets several years of skilled work experience. Normally I would suggest the study permit route. However this won't be possible given his refugee status. Work permit won't be possible.

If they all have official refugee status, then yet another option would be to sponsor them through the Group of Five refugee program. You may be able to include your brother and sister in the same application - however you will not be able to include your uncle. To qualify for this program, you will need to have income yourself and then find four other Canadians who are willing to sign the paperwork as sponsors and commit to financially supporting your family when they arrive in Canada. If you go this route, it will take 2-3 years for the application to be processed.
