IRCC would have notified you of the TRP decision. I would check your email spam box. Sometimes emails from IRCC end up there and people miss them.

I expect the TRP was probably refused. It's generally difficult to get a TRP approved unless you have strong ties to Canada or a high priority need to travel here.
Hi Scylla, you said TRP it is so difficult to get approval, what about rehabilitation? 5 years and a couple months passed since probation and the fine was paid to the court, my ban for misrepresentaion finished also, why rehabilitation you think it is easier ? I explained my situation to my employer, he says to help me.
I ask this question because when I apply for TRP I feel that I did it in a good way, sending proof of having paid the fine, evidence from the court, FBI record and record from Mexico, recommendations from employers and people from USA and Mexico, also I sent good evidences from my banking account, I know that my crime in Canada as in other countries is considered serious crime, the truth is that I feel I have regenerated and learned not to cause damage to anyone again

TRPs are typically reserved for people who have an urgent / high priority need to be in Canada (e.g. sick family member). Wanting to work here is generally not considered to be an urgen / high priority need. You can certainly try applying for a TRP. Maybe you will get luck and be approved.

Understand that, rehabilitation understand how will help, But how to be accepted? Also when I applied for TRP, sent evidences from anger managment class, diploma from USA and from Mexico for my occupation, I sent a lot of paperwork, last week I request another FBI report to apply for rehabilitation, and send all what I said, what other stuff will be fine?

You were already refused a TRP last year if I'm not mistaken. If you are really set on applying for a TRP, then I would strongly recommend that you work with an immigration lawyer. Your case is too complicated for an internet forum.

Absolutely not, I want to apply for rehabilitation now, not for TRP, and yes I get refusal TRP last year however I understand a lawyer will be better, what other stuff will be fine to provide, this forum it is to guide people, I hope my situation can be an excellent tool to other people with some similar case like mine

If you're applying for rehab, then you should follow the checklist here:

Good luck.

Thanks to tell me good luck, I read that website many times, lawyer have strategies, that page it is to guide, strategies it is to convince immigration, that's my question, I don't want to be refused again, this porpoise it is to apply without lawyer , reading and getting guide from experienced people, we can learn and be approved, I think the porpoise of this forum it is to teach people to not make mistakes and not to hire lawyers

Hi Scylla,
In February of this year I submitted my FBI record, but I have no answer because of the problem with Covid 19. My employer in Canada is helping me, and his immigration consultant, because he is not a lawyer, tells him that it is practically impossible for me to get a work visa, since I have been denied four times, what I think is that if I have applied so many times it is because I am ignorant and not reading and knowing that I am inadmissible, if I have known from the beginning that I am inadmissible I do not petition even once until i see that I have been approved for rehabilitation, the consultant only sees the possibility of once being approved for rehabilitation i apply for residency, the question is how true is it that by having 4 refusals it is almost impossible to obtain a work visa when being approved for rehabilitation?

Yes, four refusals will make it much more difficult to be approved for a work permit even after rehabilitation is approved.

Mexico is a visa exempt country, only an eTA is required, if the rehabilitation is approved, it is possible to get the eTA and apply for a work visa at the airport in Canada, and what are the chances of being approved?

Right now it is not possible to apply for a work permit at the border due to COVID-19. These services have been stopped. At some point in the future it may be possible to apply for a work permit at the border again.

It's possible you may also face challenges getting an eTA approved.

You should apply for the work permit online from your home country.

It's going to be very challenging for you to get either a work permit or eTA approved (even after the rehab application is approved). Your immigration history is not good. You have a domestic violence conviction in the US along with a deportation. Four refusals for Canad along with a 2 year ban from Canada at some point.

By all means try to make it to Canada successfully. However that really may not be possible.
